We recognise that our chief responsibility is to support our clients behind-the-scenes. Their needs are diverse and ever-changing, something which became more apparent than ever before during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Being proactive is important, too. We have the experience to anticipate or spot a customer’s problem before it begins to affect their guests or customers. Whether jobs need tackling due to seasonality or simply as a consequence of wear and tear, we always provide multiple options for our clients – they remain in control at all times, informed by our expertise.
At Donau, we don’t just keep carpets, furniture and fabrics spotlessly clean: we also carry out specialist work, including taking down curtains and bringing them back to our facility for dry cleaning.
Where necessary, our skilled machinists can repair the curtains and return them to the client’s premises for rehanging. Besides curtains, we also offer a range of furniture repair services, allowing us to act as a true ‘one-stop shop’ for all your cleaning and upholstery needs.
