Donau has always worked closely with the hotel, especially during the recent pandemic. As the hotel reopened gradually, Donau assisted, helping to provide the level of service required at various stages as the hotel looked to fully re-open.
Donau had provided an embedded carpet cleaner to the hotel before March 2020, once the lockdowns concluded, this level of cover was restored to five days per week.
