What We Did
As the hotel was refurbished, floor by floor, we removed the curtains from the hotel, carefully marking which curtains had been removed from which rooms.
Once work at the hotel had been completed, we then reinstalled the curtains back into the correct rooms, making sure that all of the curtain tracks were in correct working order.
The hotel had requested that the curtains were not cleaned while they were with us, so they were instead refreshed using a micro-encapsulation deodoriser with odour absorbing properties.
The deodoriser helped to give the newly-refurbished rooms a welcoming, comforting aroma, putting new and returning guests at ease from the moment they entered each room.
